Preschool:

New Family Entry Fee:
$500 if oldest child is accepted in K – 8th grade.
$250 for first Preschool year.
$250 for second preschool year or entry into kindergarten.(New Family Fee has been waived for 2-day Preschool spots)
New Student Processing Fee:	$50 per student
Classroom Set-Up Fee for K-8 Students:	$100 per student per school year
Tom Sawyer Fee: $200 per family
RMCS holds several Saturday workdays and invites parents to help care for our campus while building community. For every hour that a family works on Tom Sawyer Days their account is credited $10. A parent’s May invoice will reflect any credit due.

One Time Only Fees

Application Fee: $50 per student
A complete application and non-refundable $50 fee are required for all prospective RMCS students. Applications are accepted year-round, however, openings are generally announced in mid April. Early applications are strongly recommended.

Unfulfilled applications are rolled forward to the next grade level.

Enrollment Fees

Fees that are due at the time of enrollment are the New Family Entrance Fee, New Student Processing Fee, Tom Sawyer Fee, and Classroom Setup fee. Please see above for amounts.

Tuition Payment Schedule

Ten percent (10%) of the total tuition is due at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment. This first payment is non-refundable and secures your child’s spot in a class for the upcoming academic year. The tuition balance is paid in ten monthly installments, beginning July 1 for students in kindergarten through 8th grade and Sept. 1 for preschool students.

Families who pay their balance in full by August 1 are eligible for a 2% discount.

Multiple-Child Discount

Families with two or more children enrolled at RMCS receive 10% off the second child’s tuition and 15% off the third child’s tuition. This discount applies to tuition only and not to any fees.

Vouchers:

Preschool students: Accepted for tuition and before- and after-school charges.

K–8 students: Accepted for before- and after-school charges.

Tuition Assistance

Our school celebrates diversity in its many forms. The Rainbow Mountain Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for RMCS families with children enrolled in kindergarten through 8th grades.
